Terms of Service

What joining the waitlist means: Submitting your details reserves a founding member place on the RentGuild waitlist. It is not a purchase, a contract for the RentGuild product, or a commitment on your part. No payment is taken at this stage.

Founding member pricing: If RentGuild launches, founding members who confirm their place will be offered a price below the standard price — available until RentGuild launches, not tied to a fixed number of places. Before launch we will email you the confirmed price, including the cost of each six-month renewal, and you decide then whether to go ahead. Before launch we may ask you how much you would pay; your answer does not commit you to anything.

The Founding Price Promise: If you were shown a founding price on our confirmation page, your confirmed founding price will be no more than that price. If you were shown more than one, we will use the lowest. Every price we show you is the total you pay, including any VAT, so registering for VAT will never change it. Your founding price stays fixed for your first 12 months as a paying member. After that we may change it, but founding members will always pay at least 10% less than the standard price for as long as they stay a member without a break; if a renewal will cost more, we will tell you at least 30 days before it is due, and you can cancel before you are charged. This offer is not guaranteed if RentGuild does not launch.

If we don't launch: There is nothing to pay and no obligation on your part. Joining the waitlist costs you nothing beyond your email address.

Referrals: If you share RentGuild with someone and they join during the founding period, they receive the founding member price because the period is still open — not as a reward for being referred. Founding member status itself is not transferable or grantable via referral.

Changes: We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated to everyone on the list before they take effect.
